As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Nick is responsible for strategic planning, implementation, and management of all finance activities of Bionatus and its portfolio companies. His background in banking, private equity, and business operations roles provides a 360-degree approach to scaling and optimizing companies.

Nick was an early employee of StockX, a global 2-sided online marketplace, where he spearheaded finance, operations, and business development functions, ultimately helping the company become Detroit’s first “Unicorn” start-up and increasing valuation by more than 12X in his time there. Prior to StockX, Nick helped develop the portfolio operations and analytics team for a family office where he was responsible for comprehensive portfolio reporting and advisory services to more than 200 companies and commercial real estate properties. Earlier in his career, Nick also held positions with the commercial banking arm of JPMorgan.
