Peter leads the efforts of the Bionatus management team who direct the strategy and operations of each of the portfolio companies.  Bionatus is not a typical investment company as each entity within the portfolio was founded by members of the management team, and as a result remain closely involved with each of the businesses. Peter’s unique, “bi-lingual” background, as a nuclear physicist who became one of the top commercial real estate deal architects in the country, gives him a truly unique perspective to fully understand both the technical and business sides of each company. He founded and spearheaded Savills Studley’s Corporate Services Group, a highly specialized team created to handle the most complex development projects, from 2000 to 2012 – completing over $27 billion in transactions. Subsequently, Peter co-founded Novus Via LP, a unique venture capital fund created to leverage empirically-based research focused on improving existing infrastructure with new innovative technological solutions. In 2016, Novus Via’s assets were re-structured into Bionatus, LLC as part of an asset sale transaction with Strathspey Crown Holdings, LLC and subsequent spin-off.  As part of the transaction, Peter then became CEO & Chairman of Bionatus, LLC.
